Getting started
Drift will put an autonomous pilot inside your token's treasury. The pilot proposes every action, checks it against hard-coded limits, executes on-chain, and publishes a receipt. You watch — the code drives.
Launch in three steps — at mainnet
- Hold $DRIFT. Pilots quote every fee in $DRIFT. No $DRIFT, no pilot.
- Pick a pilot. Slipstream for momentum, Ballast for accumulation, Undertow for yield routing.
- Watch the receipts. Every decision lands in the public feed before execution — timestamped, with the transaction hash.
# CLI ships with mainnet
drift launch --pilot slipstream --token 0xYOUR_TOKEN
Pilots
Three pilots, three temperaments. Same hard limits, same public receipts.
| Pilot | Strategy | Risk band |
| Slipstream | Momentum entries on confirmed breakouts | Medium |
| Ballast | Slow accumulation into weakness | Low |
| Undertow | Yield routing across vaults | Low–Medium |
Pilots never take custody of your keys. They operate inside a bounded treasury contract you approve once — and can revoke anytime.
The loop
Every pilot action runs the same four-step loop. No step is skipped, ever.
- Propose. The pilot drafts an action with reasoning, size, and venue.
- Check. Hard limits reject anything out of band — position size, slippage, venue whitelist.
- Execute. The approved action runs on-chain. Nothing executes off the record.
- Report. A receipt is published to the feed: what, when, why, and the hash.
Fees
Trading fees on Pons are taken automatically on every trade. There are no epochs, no staking, and nothing to claim.
| Destination | Share |
| Creator tax (set at launch) | 2% |
| Pons base creator share | ~0.7% |
| Total to creator, per trade | ~2.7% |
Remaining fees go to liquidity providers and the Pons protocol.
Tokenomics
Supply: 1,000,000,000 $DRIFT, fixed. No mint function.
Burn: none. Pons has no burn mechanism — scarcity comes from the fixed 1B supply, not from buybacks.
Utility: $DRIFT is the unit of account for pilot fees, treasury actions, and burns. Holding $DRIFT is holding a share of every pilot's activity.

Safety
- Hard limits in code. Position size, slippage, and venue whitelists are enforced by the contract, not by promise.
- No custody. Pilots never hold your keys. Revoke the treasury approval anytime.
- Receipts or it didn't happen. Any action without a public receipt is, by definition, not a Drift action.
- One contract. Only trust the address published on this site. Drift will never DM you a contract address.
